Delivery policy

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification with the estimated shipment date and tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only restricted within the UK.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of product delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our us at amin@aminwholesale.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In the event the product arrives damaged, please contact us at amin@aminwholesale.co.uk, with your order details and a picture of the damaged product. We will try our best to help find a satisfactory solution for this issue.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the new item. You will receive a notification with the updated shipping details.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
